(1) Physician refers to doctors of all professions including general practitioners and specialists (e.g. critical care, pulmonologists, psychiatrists).
(2) Allied health practitioners refer to other healthcare professionals (e.g. physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, nurses, psychologists, and pharmacists).

General information:

• Registrations will be accepted online via the conference registration website through August 12, 2024. On-site registrations will be accepted beginning on Saturday, August 24, 2024,  subject to availability.
• Each workshop on Aug 24, 2024, will be limited to a maximum of 50 participants, ranked by speed.
• All registration cancellations are subject to a USA150 cancellation fee and must be executed by May 31, 2024. After May 31, 2024, conference and guest registration fees are non-refundable.
• Conference attendees are responsible for their own travel and hotel arrangements. Click here to learn more about lodging at the conference.

Registration Entitlements

• Access to the scientific sessions of your choice for all days of the Conference
• Access to the Conference e-book including abstracts (PDF and electronic)
• All morning/afternoon tea breaks (registered workshop for Saturday and Sunday)
• Lunches are served at the main Conference (Sunday)
• Entry to the exhibition – all day(s)
• The Participants who register to attend will be provided with an account to review reports at the Conference (valid for 1 month). The accessibility will be only granted for the workshop and conference separately

Rules and Regulations

• Registrations are subject to acceptance on a “first-come-first-served” basis
• Registration forms received without payment will not be processed
• Written confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your registration form and full payment. If you do not receive this confirmation within two weeks, please contact the Secretariat at icurehab2024.vietnam@gmail.com
• The Programme is subject to change without prior notice. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the Conference, the only and maximum liability of the Organizers is to refund all the fees paid
• The decision of the Organizers shall be final and conclusive
• All enquiries, changes and cancellations should be made in writing to the Secretariat

Letter of Invitation

Upon request, the Secretariat will issue a letter of invitation by email to participants wishing to attend the Conference. This invitation is intended to facilitate the participant to apply for leave or travel arrangements / and does not imply the provision of any financial or other support.
